They may look like old-time streetcars, but don't let that foll you. The newest additions to the RTA fleet are moder Light-Rail Vehicles with a classic look. The 2000-series streetcars were manufactured at Carrollton Station by a team of craftsmen managed by Mr. Elmer Von Dullen. Following the long-standing New Orleans tradition of naming a streetcar after its designer, here are the Von Dullen cars.
